We’re nearing the end of January – have you kept up with your healthy resolutions?

Hopefully you have, and you’re already starting to see the benefits of exercising more, watching what you eat or drinking more water. But many people struggle with sweets when they’re trying to drop a pound or two. So we’ve got some great alternatives to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying on track!

But adding more fruit into your diet is beneficial, and there are things you can do to make it a little more satisfying.
